Our Staff
All our staff hold suitably recognised childcare qualifications and have had many years’ experience working with the ‘Under 5’s’. Staff regularly update and enhance their knowledge through approved training courses. They also regularly review practices and plan future curriculum needs and record and monitor children’s progress. All staff have been screened and vetted to have the care of young children entrusted to them.
Our Committee
The management of the Preschool is led by an annually elected management committee. The committee is made up of at least 60% parents of children attending the pre-school, plus any other interested party. The committee is responsible for the everyday running and financing of the pre-school, the implementation of the policies, recruitment, fundraising and management of staff. The committee is also responsible for ensuring that procedures as laid down by law are adhered to.
